Alongside extensive experience as an English teacher in public education, I've spent 30 years in sacred journeying with folx from diverse traditions and orientations through trauma and spiritual formation. My history as a first-generation immigrant-refugee energizes my commitment to restorative practices across civic, intercultural, and intergenerational contexts.

I serve on OI's BIPOC Facilitators Team and enjoy supporting spaces for students in OI's Coaching Certification training and the End of Trauma Course. In the past as a panelist for OI Family, I joined our international community in conversations around the flourishing of children and teens through OI's unique, heartful framework. My additional training in SMART (sensory motor arousal regulation treatment) informs my OI sessions with children, where embodied play opens the path to easeful growth.
